C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous sommes devenus partenaires de <em><strong>Cociter<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le circuit court de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ?<\/p>\n<p>Des citoyens investissent dans des moyens de production locaux et verts \u00e0 travers des coop\u00e9ratives comme la n\u00f4tre. Cette \u00e9nergie est vendue \u00e0 Cociter. Et Cociter fournit cette \u00e9nergie \u00e0 des citoyens ayant pris des parts dans des coop\u00e9ratives citoyennes.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9sirez en savoir plus :\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cociter.be\">www.cociter.be<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>SIARE<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>La r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique au sein d\u2019une copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 vise \u00e0 <strong>optimiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et les performances environnementales<\/strong> d\u2019un ensemble immobilier collectif. Ce type de projet prend une importance grandissante, aliment\u00e9e par les enjeux cruciaux de la <strong>transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong>, les <strong>avantages \u00e9conomiques<\/strong> li\u00e9s \u00e0 une gestion plus \u00e9conome de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, et les <strong>normes PEB contraignantes<\/strong> qui seront prochainement \u00e9dict\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s politiques.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Cependant, il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement d\u2019un <strong>d\u00e9fi complexe<\/strong>, n\u00e9cessitant une multitude de <strong>comp\u00e9tences humaines, techniques, administratives, financi\u00e8res, juridiques, m\u00e9thodologiques<\/strong>.
